The Dashboard

Frase’s UI is one of the simplest for a user to have. Essentially, there are three major parts of the Frase:

• Documents: This is where you create a new document for every long-form content you want to write. You can click on this to get a list of all the documents you have created to date, and you can also create a new document to write a new article from scratch. I found it really helpful when I wanted to create long-form SEO-optimised content without using a specified template.
• AI Tools: AI tools include all of the pre-made templates that Frase offers to its users. You can go to the AI tool to use any template to create long-form content, social media posts, product descriptions, listicles, Q&As, and more. In this section, you will also find separate sections to create and use your custom tools and the templates shared by the community. Community templates, custom tools, and even pre-made templates work really well when I have to create short-form content.
• SEO Tools: Frase's SEO tool section includes features like keyword research, content optimisation, and analytics tracking. These tools help you identify relevant keywords, analyse competitors' content, and track website performance. You can benefit from the SEO tools section by optimising your website content for search engines, improving your website's visibility, and driving more traffic to their site. The best part is that the Wikipedia concept map makes in-depth research much easier.

In this Frase review we will take a look at all the three essential parts of the dashboard.

Create An Outline And A Full-Length Article

If you want to go from keyword research to a full-length article, here is the flow you need to follow:

First, in the Dashboard, I opened the ‘Document’ section given on the left and clicked on the New Document to create a folder for the new article.

I added my search query and filled in the rest of the details to create a new document. Here’s what it looks like:

When I created a new folder, it created a new workable sheet with all the options at the right side of the window to research, create an outline, AI writer, and add relevant links.

Here is how it helps research and creates tentative outlines for you on different topics. In this screenshot, you can see the one outline at the right, while there were more in the queue with different headings, including the H1 to H5 tags.

It gives you over 15+ outlines in one go. You can choose one outline or different headings and subheadings from different outlines to create your personalised outline and even explore the pages from which those headings are extracted.

After exploring all the outlines, headings, and subheadings and doing a little bit of my own research, I created this outline for my Frase.io review article.

And once I was sure about the outline, I clicked on the ‘write’ option to make the AI fill in the information in the created outline.

I edited a few sentences, added a few sections (the review ones) on my own, and with the help of this tool, I was able to finish this blog in a day.

Honestly, the content generated by this tool is way better than the generic content that many other chatbots or AI tools generate. You can also use custom templates or other templates like article writing, paragraph generator, introduction generator, and more to create long-form SEO content.

You can use this template when you do not have any more questions left in your mind related to a topic or your niche and you want someone to help you research new questions.
Using this template, you can generate questions related to any topic you want and keep clicking on ‘Load More’ to keep getting new suggestions.

Here is another way to build an outline for a blog or article based on the questions people ask and the keywords most searched related to your query.
These questions come from Google’s People Also Ask section and Quora.

Here is the flow of how you can create an outline out of this template.

• You write your intended seed keyword in the box in the top left corner and press enter.
• Entering the seed keyword will generate a huge list of relevant keywords.
• You can click on each keyword to make the AI fetch questions related to that particular keyword.
• Now from each list of questions, you can keep adding every question you would like to include in your blog outline.
• Each question will be categorised and added to the outline based on the specific keywords under which they were mentioned.

Wikipedia Concept Map

You can use the Wikipedia Concept Map in Frase.io to gain a visual representation of related topics and concepts on a particular subject.
