List files the session edited beside the git working tree in a pane

Opens a /changes pane with a glance row showing files changed, lines added and removed, and the branch with commits ahead and behind. Below that it lists each file Claude edited or wrote, newest first, with a bar of lines added and removed, a new tag for created files, the folder, which agents touched it, edit count and time since the edit. A working tree section runs git status, marking files Claude edited with a filled dot and other changes with an open dot, so edits made outside the session stand out.

Where you see it
It shows up as a pane opened with the /changes command, which opens as a tab beside other mod panes.
Good for
For developers who want to see what a session touched and how it lines up with the git working tree without running git commands themselves.
Know before you install
  • Only the Edit and Write tools are tracked. Files changed by shell commands show in the working tree, not in Edits.
  • The working tree needs the session to start inside a git repository.
  • Restart Claude Code after installing, then type /changes.
